Watusi is an all-in-one tweak for WhatsApp Messenger on iOS, distributed as a jailbreak package or pre-patched sideloadable IPA files. It adds extra features and modifications to WhatsApp, including support for WhatsApp Business and duplicate app variants.
Use cases
- customize WhatsApp with extra features on iPhone
- sideload a modified WhatsApp IPA without jailbreaking
- install WhatsApp tweaks on a jailbroken device via Sileo or Cydia
- run a duplicate WhatsApp app with push notifications
- get a tweaked WhatsApp Business client
When to choose
- you want enhanced WhatsApp functionality on iOS beyond the official app
- you have a jailbroken iPhone and want a tweak from a repo
- you want to sideload a patched WhatsApp IPA with AltStore or similar signing tools
When to avoid
- you are not comfortable with unofficial WhatsApp clients that may violate WhatsApp's terms of service
- you need guaranteed account safety, as modified clients risk bans
- you are on Android or desktop platforms
