## What it is
V2Ray (Project V) is a network proxy platform written in Go for building proxies to bypass network restrictions and censorship. It supports multiple inbound and outbound protocols such as VMess, Shadowsocks, SOCKS, and HTTP with configurable routing and traffic obfuscation.
