TrollRestore is a Python-based installer that installs TrollStore on iOS/iPadOS 15.2 through 16.7 RC and 17.0 by exploiting CVE-2024-44252 in the backup system to replace a system app's binary with a TrollHelper. It runs on macOS or Windows computers and connects to the device via pymobiledevice3.
