## What it is
Tabular Editor 2.x is a free, open-source Windows desktop application for managing measures, calculated columns, display folders, perspectives, and translations in Analysis Services Tabular and Power BI XMLA semantic models (compatibility level 1200+). It is built with .NET WinForms in C# and includes C# scripting for bulk model manipulation.
