## What it is
A regularly updated dataset of domains and IP addresses blocked in Russia, plus community-maintained lists of services restricting Russian users. It publishes ready-to-use geoip/geosite files for Xray/V2Fly, .srs rule sets for Sing-Box, and plain domain/IP lists, along with the Python filtering pipeline that generates them.
