## What it is
PyGlossary is a Python tool for converting dictionary files (glossaries) between dozens of formats such as StarDict, Babylon BGL, Aard 2, CSV, and DICT.org. It offers a command-line interface plus GTK, Tkinter, and web interfaces, aiming to make offline dictionaries usable on any OS or device.
