## What it is
ProxyCat is a self-hosted tunnel proxy pool middleware that turns short-lived proxy IPs into a stable fixed tunnel endpoint over HTTP/SOCKS5. It automatically fetches, validates, and rotates upstream proxies with a Web UI and Docker deployment.
