## What it is
OpenWorm is an open-source project building a comprehensive bottom-up computational model of the Caenorhabditis elegans roundworm, integrating a nervous system model (c302) with a soft-body physics model (Sibernetic). This repository provides the main Dockerfile bundling the full OpenWorm simulation stack so it can be run on any machine with Docker.
