## What it is
OpenSkills is a universal CLI that installs and loads Anthropic SKILL.md-format skills for any AI coding agent, including Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Aider, and Codex. It generates the same <available_skills> XML in AGENTS.md and loads skills on demand via `npx openskills read`, enabling progressive disclosure and versioned, repo-friendly skill management.
