## What it is
OpenOats is a macOS meeting assistant that transcribes both sides of a call in real time using on-device speech recognition and surfaces relevant talking points from your own notes via embedding search. It runs fully locally when paired with Ollama, or can use cloud LLMs through OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
