## What it is
Open Cluster Management (OCM) is a CNCF sandbox project providing core components for managing fleets of Kubernetes clusters across multicluster and multicloud environments. It offers vendor-neutral APIs for cluster registration, workload distribution, dynamic content placement, and policy management via a hub-and-spoke architecture.
