## What it is
A smart DNS proxy deployed via Docker that uses dnsmasq and sniproxy to let users stream Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now and other region-locked services from out of region. It runs on a clean public-IP Debian/Ubuntu box and supports IPv4 and IPv6.
