## What it is
Neo-reGeorg is a Python CLI tool that generates encrypted tunnel server files (aspx/jsp/php/etc.) to be uploaded to a compromised web server, then establishes a local SOCKS5 proxy or port forward through HTTP requests. It is an aggressively refactored fork of reGeorg designed to evade feature detection and improve tunnel security and confidentiality.

## Use cases
- create a socks5 proxy through a compromised web server
- tunnel traffic over http to bypass firewalls
- pivot into an internal network via a webshell
- hide proxy traffic from network detection
- port forward to an internal host through a web server
- maintain access under load-balanced environments

## When to choose
- you need an HTTP-based tunnel through a web server you control or are authorized to test
- you need traffic obfuscation and encrypted tunnel content to avoid detection
- you need to work in hostile environments without cookies or with load balancers

## When to avoid
- you need a general-purpose VPN or legitimate remote access tool
- you have no authorized access to the target web server
- you need a full-featured SOCKS proxy independent of a web server
