## What it is
A cross-platform Python desktop application that connects to NanoVNA vector network analyzers (and TinySA) to read, display, and analyze sweep data. It supports multi-segment sweeps, Smith/LogMag/Phase/VSWR charts, calibration, TDR cable measurement, filter analysis, and Touchstone file import/export.

## Use cases
- save sweep data from my NanoVNA to Touchstone files
- display Smith chart plots from a vector network analyzer on my PC
- sweep a wide frequency range in segments for more than 101 points
- measure cable length with TDR using a NanoVNA
- analyze antenna SWR and impedance across amateur radio bands
- analyze filter response from S11 and S21 measurements
- average NanoVNA readings for cleaner high-frequency data

## When to choose
- you own a NanoVNA, NanoVNA-H/H4/F, LiteVNA, AVNA, or TinySA and want PC-based control and visualization
- you need higher-resolution sweeps than the device's onboard display allows
- you want to export measurements as Touchstone files for other RF tools
- you need in-application calibration and reference trace comparison

## When to avoid
- you need a standalone analyzer without a computer connection
- you require a supported open-source license for redistribution (the repo shows no license)
- you work with VNAs from other vendors not in the supported device list
