## What it is
Milkman is an extensible request/response workbench inspired by Postman, built with JavaFX instead of Electron for fast startup and low memory usage. Nearly everything is a plugin, allowing it to handle HTTP/REST requests as well as gRPC, GraphQL, and database requests.
