## What it is
Mieru is a censorship-resistant socks5/HTTP/HTTPS proxy written in Go, consisting of a client (mieru) and server (mita). It uses XChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption with time-based keys, random padding, and replay detection to evade GFW detection without relying on TLS.
