## What it is
micasa is a keyboard-driven, modal terminal UI application for tracking home maintenance schedules, projects, incidents, appliances, warranties, and vendor quotes. It stores all data in a single local SQLite file with no cloud or account, and optionally integrates a local LLM (Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible API) for chatting with your home data and extracting structured fields from attached documents.
