## What it is
Tesla's official guide and tooling for creating custom light shows on Tesla vehicles using the xLights sequencer. Shows are packaged as .fseq sequence files paired with .mp3 or .wav audio and loaded onto the vehicle via a USB flash drive.

## Use cases
- create a custom tesla light show
- convert xlights sequences to tesla fseq format
- sync tesla lights to music
- share light show files for tesla vehicles
- run a light show on a tesla from usb
- make a holiday light show for my tesla

## When to choose
- you own a supported Tesla (Model S 2021+, Model 3, Model X 2021+, Model Y, Cybertruck) and want to choreograph lights to music
- you already use xLights and want to target Tesla vehicles
- you want to share or download community-made light shows

## When to avoid
- you want to control non-Tesla holiday lighting hardware directly
- your Tesla runs vehicle software older than v11.0 (2021.44.25)
- you need a general-purpose lighting sequencer rather than Tesla-specific tooling
