## What it is
A maintained fork of the classic GoAgent proxy that periodically scans for usable Google GAE/GWS IP addresses and ships an automated IP-fetching version. It bundles local proxy clients (GoAgent.exe / proxy.py), server deployment scripts, and large scanned Google IP lists.
