## What it is
GlosSI (formerly GloSC) is a Windows tool that applies Steam-Input controller rebinding system-wide and provides a global borderless-window Steam overlay, letting games outside Steam (UWP titles, emulators) use Steam Controller/Deck bindings. It can also launch games and add them to Steam directly.
