## What it is
A maintained whitelist-based PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) list for circumventing the Great Firewall, where all traffic goes through a proxy except domains/IPs on a whitelist of Chinese sites. It generates whitelist.pac, whiteiplist.pac, and combined proxy.pac files usable in browsers via FoxyProxy or SwitchyOmega.

## Use cases
- generate a pac file for bypassing the great firewall
- whitelist-based proxy auto-config for China
- route only Chinese sites directly and proxy everything else
- configure browser pac file with socks5 or http proxy
- low-maintenance proxy list that rarely needs updating

## When to choose
- you want a set-and-forget PAC list that stays working without frequent updates
- most of your browsing targets blocked foreign sites and only a few domestic sites need direct access
- you use Chrome/Firefox with SwitchyOmega or FoxyProxy

## When to avoid
- you prefer blacklist-based routing like GFW List to minimize proxied traffic
- you need a full VPN or system-wide tunnel rather than browser PAC routing
- you cannot tolerate slightly higher proxy traffic usage
- the project's hosted generation endpoints are unavailable
