## What it is
A PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) file generator and ready-made gfw.pac file for routing traffic around the GFW. It matches domains first, then falls back to CN IP-range matching via a Radix Tree, sending Chinese traffic direct and everything else through a proxy, with IPv6 support.
