## What it is
Clash is a rule-based network proxy written in Go that supports HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS proxies with Surge-like configuration and GeoIP rule routing. It runs as a daemon with a RESTful API for control and supports proxy groups with automatic speed-based selection.
