## What it is
ClaudePrism is an open-source, offline-first desktop application for scientific and academic writing, built with Tauri 2 and Rust. It combines a LaTeX editor with embedded offline compilation via Tectonic, a Python environment (uv + venv), and Claude-powered AI assistance running as a local subprocess.
