## What it is
A daily-updated dataset of IPv4/IPv6 CIDR lists for Chinese network operators (China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, CERNET, CSTNet, etc.), derived from BGP/ASN data rather than WHOIS registration. Pre-generated lists are published on the ip-lists branch and GitHub Pages, generated by a Rust toolchain via GitHub Actions.
