## What it is
A browser extension (哔哔君) that displays a clickable subtitle list panel for Bilibili videos, enabling jump-to-timestamp navigation, subtitle download/copy in multiple formats, AI-powered summarization, translation, and Q&A with support for local Ollama models. The open-source version is no longer feature-updated (bug fixes only) as development moved to the renamed vCaptions extension.
