## What it is
App Platform for LKE is a pre-built, self-hosted Kubernetes developer platform that bundles an integrated CNCF open-source stack with a self-service portal for deploying and managing containerized workloads. It uses Helm charts, Kubernetes Operators, and GitOps to provide CI/CD, observability, and security out of the box, optimized for Linode Kubernetes Engine but installable on any conformant cluster.
